Thank you for your ministry

Dear Barry Goddard and the Acapella Praise Team

On behalf of the congregation of Noranda Church of Christ I want to thank you and your team for your ministry to us on Sunday, December 10 2017.

The effortless manner in which Acapella Praise fitted in with our order of service was refreshing and a clear indication that you came to serve God and His people.

May God continue to bless you and your team and may your obvious love for Him continue to shine through in your lives as you serve the Church with your talents and gifts.

We are looking forward to having you back.

In Christ,

Pastor Eion H. van Biljon

Committed to bringing a sense of devotion to God

Woodvale Baptist Church

Over the years, our church has enjoyed many great times of ministry in song (and at time, music) from this well-trained a cappella choir. They are committed to bringing a sense of devotion to God, along with love and joy int the Lord, as they sing a mix of traditional and more contemporary songs. A Cappella Praise has been a great blessing to ur congregation.

Bringing the joy and hope of the Christian message

Letter of Support – A Cappella Praise

A Cappella Praise is Perth's premier Christian a cappella group, bringing the joy and hope of the Christian message in a celebration of song. The group sacrificed Mother's Day to celebrate with us and lead us in worship.

Under the leadership o Barry Goddard the group has been a blessing to us and will be a blessing to anyone else.

I am happy to write a letter of support for the ministry of A Cappella Praise.

In Christ,

A wonderful time of worship

Church of Christ Wembley Downs

Dear Barry,

Let me pass on from our congregation a note of appreciation for A Cappella Praise's ministry on Sunday. The obvious discipline, training and musical giftedness of the group enhanced a wonderful time of worship and ministry. The songs were carefully selected and contributed well to the theme of reconciliation.

We particularly appreciated the flexibility with which you were able to engage with us in planning the worship service so that the result was a truly enhanced experience of worship when it could understandably have, because of its high standard, presented a mere performance.

I also received comments of how valued was the interaction between group members and the church as we mixed afterwards. Many in our church were touched by the genuineness, the enthusiasm and the passion of the group for its ministry.

God bless you all in your future endeavours.

If you love harmony then this is the group for you

If you are considering inviting A Cappella Praise, under the leadership of Barry Goddard, to perform for you at any function then I would encourage you to invite them and see and hear for yourself.

They are a wonderful group of extremely talented and versatile musicians who have a wide repertoire of music guaranteed to delight and entertain. If you love harmony then this is the group for you. They can sing deeply spiritual and meaningful hymns and songs as well as lively and fun items – in fact, something for every occasion and taste. I highly recommend this choir.

Blessed by your friendliness and professionalism

Bridgeley Church of Christ

To our amazing musicians!

On behalf of Bridgeley and the other churches of Northam we would like to say a big THANK YOU for your efforts on Saturday night. We estimate a crowd of over 400 were there to join us in celebration and as well as raising funds for chaplaincy. The total raised came in at over $2000.00 which is a fantastic effort. I personally was blessed at your friendliness and your professionalism as well s your grace with working with me in a new environment. I hope to be working with you again in 2017 and wish you all a very safe and merry Christmas and may 2017 be a year of God's continued blessing and provision.

God bless,

A highlight of the service

Mount Pleasant Uniting Church

In 2016, A Cappella Praise came and led the worship at Mount Pleasant Uniting Church.

Their bright and accomplished singing was a highlight of the services.

Barry also came and sang at a Christmas in July Community Meal and his input was appreciated by people from lots of different backgrounds.

A group marked by Christian humility, warmth, friendliness and unity

Beckenham Church of Christ

In the interest of endorsing A Cappella Praise choir I gladly write this reference. As the pastor of Beckenham Community Church (BCC), and since beginning my ministry in July 2014, I have seen A Cappella Praise sing on five occasions in total. On each occasion their ministry of praise and worship was professional, uplifting and spiritually edifying. Their songs were theologically rich, personally relevant and their voices were a delight to hear. We anticipate another visit on March 12, 2017.

On two occasions, in December 2015 and 2016, I requested that A Cappella Praise sing at our Christmas Carols event at Beckenham Primary School. We relished using them as the key feature of our outreach. They performed extremely well in difficult outdoor conditions. The feedback from the church and from those in the wider community was very positive.

Overall I have found their cooperation and service, led by Barry Goddard, excellent. They are also a group marked by Christian humility, warmth, friendliness and unity. I gladly recommend their ministry.

Yours sincerely,

Greg Gillam

It felt like we were all at a big concert

Brightwater Ellison House

Ellison wants to thank you from the bottom of their heart for celebrating and bringing so much joy to our Christmas party last year. i wanted to share some feedback with you from everyone that attended the Christmas party:

The A Cappella Praise choir graced us with their presence at Ellison House Residents and Family Christmas Function on the 5th December 2016. They gave us an evening to remember and were in our conversations days after their performance. They were dressed in red and black, coordinated to perfection, not only did they look professional but the quality of their vocal sounds were magnificent. It felt like we were all at a big concert. They were so friendly and interacted with the audience making it feel like we were part of their choir. They will definitely be on the top of Ellison's list for entertainment and cannot wait to get them back for 2017.

On behalf of the Bridgeley Church of Christ and Northam Christian Ministers Association I would like to extend my appreciation and thanks for your support of the 2016 Northam Community Carols. This is a valued community event with over 20 years of history here in Northam and it just wouldn't have the reputation it does without your ongoing support. I am hopeful to partner with you again in 2017 and look forward to speaking with you soon. I hope your Christmas was a joyous one and that 2017 will be a prosperous year for you and your business.

God bless,
